Battery Law & WEEE Disposal Notice

At WASPE Vape, we’re committed to responsible recycling. In accordance with European legislation,
electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Please return used
devices to an official electronic waste collection point in your municipality to ensure environmentally friendly disposal.

Legal Notice – Battery Law

• Mandatory return: You are legally obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable cells (accumulators).
• Where to return: Hand them in free of charge at our point of sale, at municipal collection sites,
  or at participating local retailers.
• Pollutant markings: Batteries containing harmful substances are labeled with a
  crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. They may also carry the chemical symbols of the heavy metals that determine
  their classification:
  • Cd = Cadmium
  • Hg = Mercury
  • Pb = Lead

These symbols remind you to dispose of batteries correctly and help identify pollutant-containing batteries.
By returning your old batteries and devices properly, you support environmental protection and responsible recycling.
